SP Real Estate & Constructions was founded in 2010 in Kovilpathagai, Avadi, by three partners who shared one belief — that buying land or building a home shouldn't come with confusion, delay, or hidden risk.

What started as a handful of plot deals among neighbours has grown, over sixteen years, into a trusted name across Avadi and the surrounding areas.
