Real Estate Sales Executive
Meet walk-in and referred clients, explain plot layouts and pricing, coordinate site visits, and guide buyers through to registration. Two-wheeler and good communication in Tamil & English preferred.
Site Supervisor – Construction
Supervise day-to-day construction activity, coordinate with masons and contractors, track material usage, and ensure work meets our quality and safety standards on villa projects.
Documentation & Legal Coordinator
Handle title verification paperwork, registration formalities, RERA and CMDA/DTCP documentation, and liaise with our legal advisors and the sub-registrar's office.
Site Engineer (Civil)
Support planning and execution of villa and layout projects, prepare estimates, monitor quality of work, and coordinate between our design and construction teams.
Front Office & Client Relations
First point of contact for walk-in clients and phone enquiries. Schedule site visits, maintain client records, and support the sales team with follow-ups.
